Perpétuo — Tribute to Carlos Paredes
Directed by Diogo Varela Silva
Carlos Paredes, heir to the Portuguese guitar tradition, renewed the instrument in the 1960s. Influenced by new trends, his work stood out in films such as Os Verdes Anos [The Green Years] and Mudar de Vida [Change of Life]. He is recognized as one of the most complete composers and instrumentalists of the Portuguese guitar. Diogo Varela Silva will direct this tribute show.
